Results That Inspire Confidence
Dont’t take my word for it – here’s what my clients have to say:
Shelley has demonstrated a keen interest in and commitment to supporting the organization’s growth to the next level. She leverages her senior leadership experience to contribute valuable insights to idea development and strategic planning as we move forward. Recognizing the relative inexperience of several staff members, Shelley dedicates significant time to mentoring and supporting them, helping to build their decision-making capabilities as we strengthen relationships and advance our initiatives.

Director, Data and Planning, Health Workforce Canada
Over the months I have worked with you, I have noticed some sterling skills and qualities you have that I have rarely seen in others over my 45 years of working all over the world.
The first thing I noticed is your ability to listen. This is a skill that should be taught to all and sadly is not. The core principle of listening is to actually do that without interrupting a person or giving personal opinions. You do just that. You listen, you take notes and you make a person feel validated. It is such a great skill.
The second one is your ability to take notes, reflect and then utilize what has been said in a way that makes a very comprehensive strategy. You make a person feel welcome, you put people at ease, you smile, nod, make eye contact. These communication skills cannot really be taught. It reflects the inner spirit and I know instinctively that you are an empathetic person who is serious about what they do and you will never do something that does not align to your core beliefs.

Territorial Acknowledgment
I acknowledge the great privilege I have to live, explore, and raise my family on Vancouver Island, home of the unceded territories of the Kwakwaka’wakw, Nuu-chah-nulth and Coast Salish peoples that have stewarded these lands since time immemorial.
