How does coaching work?
Coaching works through a series of intentional conversations designed to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. Each session creates space for reflection, exploration, and discovery -guided by powerful questions that uncover insights and possibilities you may not have seen before. Together, we identify where you are today and where you want to go, clarifying goals and building practical strategies to get there. The process is entirely client-centred: you set the agenda, and I partner with you.

How many coaching sessions are typical?
Most clients work with me for 6 to 12 sessions over a 3 to 6-month period, depending on their goals. Others choose a longer engagement, particularly when they’re navigating significant change, building new leadership habits, or want deeper, sustained support. We’ll tailor the cadence and duration to what feels meaningful and aligned with your focus and goals.
